Environmental Preservation.

The most quoted scripture from the bible is John 3:16 "For God so love the world, that HE gave His only begotten Son to die, that whosoever believes in Him, should not die but have everlasting life." This is happens to be the simplest and explicit manifestation for God's love for all, but the least understood and practiced. Does it confirm the quote that "the people with the greatest virtue in their mouth, have the least in their bosoms" Jesus didn't only come to die for mankind but for the whole living things and organisms that make the world a better place. He died also for the animals so that they also will be redeemed from the bondage of creation at the revealing of the Lord of Glory and the manifestation of the Sons of God. Bless God. it is our full responsibility therefore to make sure that anything within "our world" that Jesus died for is carefully protected. How neat will you keep your community if you knew Jesus died for it too? How compassionate are we towards the depletion of the tree, climate change, destruction of wildlife and living organisms that are steadily being obliterated from the face of the earth? our river bodies now have been dried up and suppressed. if you really believe in Jesus Christ as the Author of Creation and the Master Architect, and the full work that he did on the cross, then it is about time we said YES to environmental Preservation and a real love to what He loves. i have started in my little community. The community, the environment, the animals, the babies in the womb, the trees, the sky, the desert, the heart, the sinner, all believe in the Lord Jesus. let us help them also to enjoy Eternal life on this Everlasting Earth. thanks. ‪#‎TheChristianEnvironmentalPresevation‬# By Mr. Emmanuel Boahen of SSTAM.( 0269249054 ) e.boahen@yahoo.com.

Let's Rally Behind Nana Addo For Victory In 2016.

Although, a greater number of Ghanaians are clamouring for a change in government in 2016, anyone with a clear political eye would agree with me that, the said change cannot be effected on a silver platter. It is against this backdrop that many concerned citizens have shown grave concern about how the affairs of the NPP are being run. The unnecessary criticisms, suspicions, and accusations that continue to determine the party's course of action only give room for the NDC to operate and display its mediocrity to the disadvantage of majority of Ghanaians. Admittedly, the NPP as a human organization cannot be faulted for the occurrence of such internal party squabbles. However, what is worrying is the inability of party members to put their differences aside to work in unison. These detractions, no doubt, have affected the party's image in the public eye and must not be entertained further. Having had the opportunity to associate myself with the two seeming factions in the party, I feel so obliged to add my voice to the clarion call for party unity ahead of Election 2016. Presenting a united party to the electorate is a first step in winning power in 2016. Many patriots have been wondering why the bickering in the party continue unabated. But, from the layman's point of view, the challenge before the NPP today is all about the control and management of the Election 2016 Campaign. For, whilst the chief beneficiaries of the two previous campaigns want the status quo to remain in order to further enrich themselves, there are others who believe the campaign should be decentralized to involve polling station executives. It is thus important for all to dialogue to see how best we could project the party's supreme interest as we battle against the NDC in 2016. It must be pointed out to party faithful, that, the NPP cannot and must not stay in opposition beyond January 2017. This is because Ghanaians have had enough of the "Dead Goat" syndrome. Already, a significant number of the party’s sympathizers has suffered under P/NDC's 19-year misrule. Some lost their personal property for merely being sympathetic to the cause of the NPP. There are others who have sustained various degrees of injuries and maimed to life. Some have been humiliated verbally and physically, not forgetting those who have lost their precious lives. I cannot even readily count the number of people who had heart attacks when the NPP lost power in 2008 and 2012. It is in the light of the above that the current generation of the NPP must stop at nothing, but to do more to appease the aforementioned patriots by dislodging the 'monsters' from power in 2016. Probably, some Kukrudites have not taken the sacrifices of many unsung heroes into consideration. But, I must say that throughout the history of NPP, generations laboured for successive ones to share glory. Dr. J.B. Danquah, the Doyen of Ghana politics, died painfully in prison for the sake of the UP tradition; Chief Dombo had to shove his presidential ambition to keep the flame of the tradition burning; Victor Owusu and Prof. Adu Boahen also held the flag of the party in high esteem; as for the living legend, J.A. Kufuor, his legacy would continue to guide us in all our political endeavours. Today in 2015, it is our generation's turn and I don't think our best lies in causing and fueling division in the party we so much cherish. Our flag-bearer, Nana Akufo-Addo has had enough of the criticisms. He must be spared for now, because too much criticism of a leader could be counter-productive. Personally, I think it is time to give Nana Addo the respect and maximum support to ensure total victory in 2016, if only we profess to love the NPP. For the past few years, Ghana has been in great danger because of the level of incompetence and corruption. The NPP is also in danger because the party is undeservedly in opposition. The only way to save the situation is for all patriots to put themselves in the frontline, come Election 2016, for according to the late Nelson Mandela; "It is better to lead from behind and to put others in front, especially when you celebrate victory or when nice things occur. You take the lead when there is danger, and then people will appreciate your leadership”. The NPP has proven over the years that it has the competent personnel to manage the economy of Ghana better. It is therefore an insult to the NPP to be in opposition. Equally, it is shameful that the UP tradition allowed Nkrumah and his CPP to share the independence glory, having conceived the idea and started the struggle of liberating our people from the colonist. Again, it is pathetic that the NPP failed to sustain power in 2008 in view of the excellent performance of the Kufuor-led NPP administration. Why should the NDC manage oil revenue, when it took serious brains to discover oil in commercial quantities? And how sensible is it to put the cat and smoked fish in the same room? In winding down, I urge all patriots to rally behind Nana Akufo-Addo in order to end this 'Dead Goat' administration. Our intellectual abilities and expertise cannot continue to lie idle whilst Ghana retrogresses in the abundance of natural resources. We cannot revisit the bitter experience in 1979. Putting the past behind us to ensure Nana Addo's victory over Mahama would inure to the benefit of all of us, because Nana Addo has the ideas, experience, and the men to execute better programmes to transform the country. God bless Ghana! God bless Nana Akufo-Addo!! God bless Kufuor!!! Ghanaians Have Lost Confidence In E.C

A Deputy Chairperson of the Electoral Commission, Georgina Opoku Amankwaah has bemoaned what she said is the loss of confidence of Ghanaians in the commission. She referred to the recent barometer report, which revealed that the confidence of the electorate in the commission reduced from 75% to 47% in 2014 and described the situation as precarious. “If you look at the last barometer report, the confidence that people had in the EC have dropped from 75 percent to 47 percent but that is how bad it has become,” she said, “It is not good for a country to lose confidence in its election management body. That is very dangerous for us.” In an address to facilitators and participants at a workshop on the upcoming district assembly elections, the EC deputy chair in charge of finance and administration however insisted that the low level of confidence was based on ignorance of the public on the work of the commission. She believes the solution was to change the public’s perception about the EC by educating the public. “We have sought for sponsorship so there will be more of these interactions because I believe that the more you listen and get closer to the Electoral Commission, the more you understand the electoral process and issues, and the less rumours become a reality for you,” she continued. Crisis Over Admissions Into Nursing Training Colleges.

Crisis Over Admission -
Into Nursing Training
Colleges
Updated : 13 - Jul - 2015
Most senior high school graduates
who have successfully met the
admission requirements of
nursing training colleges and have
applied for admission will not be
admitted because government has
imposed a quota on the schools .
The imposition of the quota has ,
therefore, reduced admissions by
half, and this directly contradicts
government ’s position that
allowances for teacher and
nursing training students be
scrapped in order to increase
enrolment at training institutions.
A letter from the Ministry of
Health to principals of nursing
training colleges warned that
those who do not strictly abide by
the quota will be sanctioned .
Checks by The Finder at the Health
Ministry confirmed that a quota
has been imposed, and the
explanation is that training has to
be controlled so that the state will
be in a position to employ
graduates of such schools .
Quota imposed on nursing
training colleges
Schools that have been admitting
200 students per programme such
as State Registered Nursing ,
Community Health Nursing and
Certificate Nursing have been
asked to admit 100 students for
each of the programmes .
This means that a school that runs
the three programmes mentioned
above has to cut its total
admission to 300 students instead
of the 600 which it would have
admitted without the quota .
Over 2 ,000 qualified candidates
applied for State Registered
Nursing in one training college,
but with the quota, only 100 will
be offered admission.
Already, over 2 ,000 qualified
nurses and midwives who
successfully completed National
Service do not have jobs .

" I Am Encouraged By NPP's Commitment In Talensi" - Nana Akufo Addo

The 2016 presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, says he remains confident of victory in the 2016 election, despite the ‘disappointing’ result of the Tuesday, July 7, 2015, by-election in Talensi, which saw the NDC reclaiming the seat only won by the NPP’s Robert Mosore in 2012.
According to Nana Akufo-Addo, the attitude and the commitment of NPP Members of Parliament, national officers, regional, constituency and polling station executives, and the entire membership of the party towards the Talensi by-election were very encouraging, and indicative of the fact that the NPP is determined to work hard for victory in 2016.

“The results were not what we were expecting, but I am not too worried about that, especially as it was a traditional NDC seat. I am interested in the morale and the attitude of our party members that were on display in the campaign and on the day. The results are disappointing, but the work that was done, coupled with the attitude and commitment of our people towards the work ahead in 2016, was very encouraging,” Akufo-Addo said.

The NPP flagbearer made this known when 5 newly-elected parliamentary candidates, together with their constituency chairmen and the unsuccessful parliamentary aspirants, from the Aowin, Bia East, Bia West, Bodi and Juaboso constituencies, all in the Western Region, called on him at his Nima residence, on Wednesday, July 8, to introduce themselves formally to him.

In his remarks to the newly-elected candidates, Akufo-Addo appealed to them to adopt, what he describes as, the ‘Talensi Model’ in their respective constituencies, in the run-up to the campaign for 2016.

Explaining the ‘Talensi Model’, Nana Akufo-Addo stated that “all the NPP aspirants who contested in the Talensi primaries were all together in the campaign. The aspirants who lost to Thomas Duanab were with him everywhere and it helped our campaign. They showed the way, which was that, ‘we are all going to campaign for Duanab’.”

This model, according to Akufo-Addo, must be replicated in all 275 constituencies across the country if the NPP is to be victorious in 2016.

He also urged all NPP members, sympathisers and well-wishers not to be discouraged by the Talensi result, as “this seat was not traditionally our seat.

“We shouldn’t be discouraged. We all witnessed the blatant abuse of incumbency in Talensi, to the extent that the entire government machinery, including State-sponsored violence, descended on this constituency all in the bid to win a by-election. On the contrary, I was impressed by the attitude and morale shown by our party members. If we can replicate this, it will help us a lot,” he added.

What Happened In Talensi Yesterday?

Upon the happenings at Talensi by the ruling party N.D.C and the biggest opposition party N.P.P, everything has ended peacefully at Talensi. Congrats people of Talensi for peaceful by-election. And the ruling party's candidate Mr B.T Bamba won by pulling  10366 votes, N.P.P pulling 6845, PNC pulling 6836. Everything is over at Talensi.

No One Can Curse You.

NO ONE CAN CURSE YOU

Numbers 23:8 How can I curse those whom God has not cursed? How can I denounce those whom the LORD has not denounced?

The people of Israel had become a strong force to reckon with. Many nations had been conquered on their way to the promise land.

Therefore fear had fallen on the surrounding nations including Balak, the ruler of Moab.

Numbers 22:3 says and Moab was terrified because there were so many people. Indeed, Moab was filled with dread because of the Israelites.

Therefore Balak sought the oracle of Ballam to come release a curse on Israel so that by the impact of the curse, Israel will be weakened and become vulnerable.

But when Ballam came and received the message, it was straight and concise; how can I curse those whom the Lord has not cursed?

In other words, God's approval activates the functionality of a curse but I have good news for you this morning.

The goodnews is that God has not cursed you. He became a curse by hanging on the tree so that we might become possessors of the blessings of Abraham.

Listen, I came with the sure word from heaven that no man can curse whom the Lord has not cursed including you and I.

For you are the apple of God's eye, accepted in the beloved, clothed in the glory of his name.

May be a man, a family member, even a "supposed man of God" has released a curse on you that you will not make it in life.

But let me announce to you that such negative utterances are mere oil drops in the oceans.

He says in blessing I will bless you and in multiplying I will multiply you and by the covenant mandate of the blessedness of Jesus, you are blessed beyond measure.

Consequently, blessed one, may the Lord answer you in distress, may the name of the God of Jacob protect you.

May he give you the desires of your heart and make all your plans succeed. May he grant you support from his sanctuary and from Zion where his glory dwells.

This is the more reason why you have to step out in style this morning as you gently walk to that office, school, church, project site cause only one thing we know....

YOU ARE TOO BLESSED TO BE CURSED
YOU ARE TOO DRESSED TO BE STRESSED
YOU ARE SO LIFTED TO BE TILTED......SELAH

SONG
I have no other God but you
I have no other God but you
You have done what no man has done
You will do what no man can do

Queenmother wants Homosexuality To Be Legalized In Ghana.

LIFESTYLE #SpeakOnIt: Queenmother calls for legalization of homosexuality in Ghana By Ameyaw Debrah.
ameyawdebrah.comAccording to adomoline.com, the Queenmother of Atimpoku in the Akwamu Traditional area, Nana Abrewa Kwabiaa IV has called for the legalization of homosexuality in Ghana. Nana Abrewa Kwabiaa IV said the legalization of same sex marriage will help reduce high birth rate in the country and help in the even distribution of national resources. Nana Abrewa Kwabiaa IV said this at the launch of the book, ‘The History of Akwamu’.

“When gay marriage is legalized in Ghana, I would be happy because the population of this world is increasing by the day and that would help check that because a marriage between a man and a man would not produce children and same applies to that between a woman and woman…,” she said.

The US Supreme Court last week accepted for the legalization of gay marriage in all the 50 states in the union and the court has come under severe criticism for legalization the act.

But the Queenmother thinks it would be in the interest of Ghana to legalise it.

Her view was subsequently opposed by the Adontenhene for Senchi, Nana Oduro Dapaa who openly condemned her.

Nana Abrewa Kwabiaa IV has since backtracked from her earlier claims.

Meanwhile, the spokesperson of the Association of Queen mothers, Nana Akyeabea, who is also the Queen mother of Akuapem Akropong says Nana Abrewa Kwabiaa will be invited by the executives of the association to answer question about her infamous statement.
